Northern Rehabilitation & Sports Medicine Associates is a physical therapist owned private practice providing high quality, cost-effective physical therapy treatment and education services for our clients and community. We are dedicated to supporting organizations and programs that advance our profession and contribute to the well being of the community we serve.

VISION STATEMENT

Northern Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine Associates will be the preferred provider of primary and specialty orthopedic physical therapy in North Central Illinois providing evidence based, cost-effective hands-on care in a friendly convenient clinical atmosphere. Northern Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine Associates will strive to serve its patients and community by continual enhancement of the education and skills of its staff. We will continue to develop collaborative relationships with community, professional, and healthcare organizations while maintaining autonomy as a physical therapist owned practice.
