Education: Rob graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Northern Illinois University and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Evidence in Motion Institute of Health Professions in 2013. Rob also serves as a Medical Specialist Officer and Group Physical Therapist in the Army National Guard with the 20th Special Forces Group. He is a board certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist and has advanced training in Aquatic Therapy, treatment of Biomechanical Dysfunction and Industrial Medicine.
Clinically: Rob's main interest is in treatment of Biomechanical Dysfunction, Industrial Rehabilitation and Aquatic Therapy. Rob has taken continuing education courses on Performing Functional Capacity Evaluations and Work Hardening and Work Conditioning.
Socially: During his free time Rob enjoys spending time with his family, exercising and enjoying the outdoors.
What type of treatment will
Treatment is based on the initial examination findings along with ongoing reassessment and evaluation. Treatment may consist of a variety of hands-on joint and soft tissue treatment techniques, gentle exercise techniques, pain reducing modalities, and education in self-management skills.
